This is the best pet store I have ever been to. Patty is someone who is very passionate about what she does (a true advocate for animals)if you have thin skin and don’t want to know the harsh truth on how to better your dogs health. This is probably not the place for you. I appreciate all the years of experience and research, it really shows when you speak to her; she has endless knowledge about all all the products, she sells and all of the ingredients in them. She can really break it all down for you. Pet Pantry only supplies, the best of the best. If you ask her a question, she will answer it in the most truthful way, and there’s a lot to gain from someone who speaks with only the truth. I read some comments on here, that mentioned her customer service. So I thought I should leave an honest review. I stumbled upon the pet pantry a few months ago, I was on my way to Costco to buy my dog food. I saw the pet pantry and decided to stop by. Patty greeted me and asked me what food I was currently feeding my dog I told her the Kirkland brand she proceeded to tell me all the ingredients that are in that brand. She then pulled out the receipts lol (list of ingredients). The list was scary. We see a lot of these ingredients and most of the time we can’t even pronounce them. She read them to me and told me what they were. I appreciate her taking the time to do that I will never buy my dog Kirkland again. She also took the time to ask me questions about my dog, to recommend the best food for her. Her recommendation was spot on. Luna’s (my dog) energy completely shifted. She’s a 10 year old pitbull and her energy levels were really low. It was beginning to concern me after I made the switch. Her coat has gotten a lot shinier her energy is a lot better. She is playful now back to he do normal self (: Thank you Patty 1 million times over and over again you’re the BEST IN THE BUSINESS & I trust you more then I trust my Vet.. 🇺🇸😎

I totally love this store, I am crazy about Patty and all the information that she shares. I have had six golden retrievers die of cancer over the last 35 years none of them reach the age of 12. If I would have known Patty 35 years ago when I started who knows how long those puppies would have lasted. Every one of them had a unique story and a very loving relationship with me, my wife and my three kids. I actually trust her as much as I trust my vet if not more!

Oh my god the service is phenomenal. If you're looking for high quality pet food at reasonable prices and for extra information about healthy pet foods this is the place to go. Had a chat with one of their employees and now I never want to go back to petco or meow mix. Only top quality goods for my kitty. Update: still my favorite place for cat food

Patty is the best . Hands down most knowledgeable person I know a out anything animal related. I love how she tells it like it is. And she only carries food and treats she has researched 100%. Been coming here for years and that won't stop.

Went in today after reading reviews so I was ready for Patty. Maybe people mistake her passion for dogs as being inconsiderate. I loved she cares about my dog as much as I do. I’ve always made a serious effort training my dog and doing everything the right way after paying what some people would pay for a car on him. I told Patty what was going on and told her what I currently feed him and she was aware it was a very expensive food but was not the right one so she changed it right away and gave me a strict feeding regimen. She then gave me her contact number incase I needed her on a Sunday. What a sweetheart she is. I wish more people cared like she does. The poor reviews are from people who don’t like the truth or they’re just soft.

We have had the biggest problems getting our elderly cat to eat and he’s losing weight. The guy installing our patio recommended this place so I went in and talked to patty who was so helpful and informative. She gave me free samples to try out. I came home and he quickly devoured the small amount I gave him to try. Tomorrow we will go back and stock up on it. I finally am able to give him what he needs thanks to this place. He’s acting all cuddly right now because he wants more of it. It’s not even that expensive.
